It is normal practice for a building schedule detailing the required works, including a fixed cost for the works, to be sent out by email and post normally within 48 hours of the visit.
Upon authorisation of the works, further free of charge site visits can be made to discuss finer details with the client prior to commencement.
The works can normally be started within a suitable time frame and the works are overseen and project managed by Concept’s local office manager throughout each stage of the repairworks, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Upon completion of the works, a signed satisfaction note is obtained and any relevant work guarantees are given.
